it's true today are the tickets and login this bug -
The class change tickets are given from 8PM to 10PM (German Time) so nothing is lost yet because of the login issues

Please remember that you're in the English section and thefefore you should use English (because I won't understand you otherwise xD)
I have no official reply to that (because I have no estimated time for the problem to be fixed), but personally I would think they would either solve the problem in time OR the event would be activated on another day as a compensation for the problem

We had kind of a weird translation for the French patch.
"The class change"
Is only labelled as "3rd Specialisation"
Some of us think that it will be a 3rd job ticket
(Transcendance to 3rd)
The question is, is it a Class change for an instance (Mad Paradox to Doom bringer)
Or a 3rd specialisation ticket (From Transcendance to 3rd)

probably both since I saw two different items in the patch notes (DE patch notes) which have to do with the 3rd Job

Sadly I don't know for sure since during the weekend it is kind of impossible for me to ask about this but I believe it is from Trans to 3rd class, the item that will let you change your 3rd class to another 3rd class is given on the last day of the event (02.02)

Here you can see the NA version of today's event and the ticket shown there is a ticket which "advances" your class so it's free 3rd job and not for changing your job - the change ticket is what you can get on 02.02.2019 as you can read in the jumping event news.

We are sorry for the Inconvenience that you and other Users are unable to play during the Maintenance. I can understand that you feel frustrated but please try to think about the Company side too. If we are able to prevent you from being unhappy, then we will try to do so. Sadly the Technology sometimes doesn't want to work properly and they are causing Inconvenience for everyone. Be sure that the Gameforge Staff in Karlsruhe is doing everything they can to fix the Server Issues!
