Isn't K-Ching the currency of the NA-Server? It's probably impossible to transfer those to any account here since the european version is hosted by a different publisher.

As Tosan as mentioned, K-Ching is the premium currency of the North American server, if your current account is also on the NA server you could ask the NA support about it.
If your intention is moving your premium currency from NA to EU (or within your EU accounts) I'm afraid that won't be possible at all.

hm. If you plan on changing servers, you could maybe find someone with Accounts on both servers! Maybe they like to be inclined to trade smth on the destined server.
