Henir item vanished

Good evening, I'm sorry for my bad English, but I'll try to explain my problem that also other players have...

- What issue do you have? Time and Space Crystals and Refined Time and Space Crystals seem to have been deleted because they vanished from inventory of all characters;

- When did it happen? Today after maintenance;

- How many Items did you lost? I don't know exactly, over 2k of Time and Space Crystals and 17 Refined Time and Space Crystals on LightLilith and few other crystals on other characters.

- What do you want to suggest? Perform a rollback to try to reset inventory to this morning or before.

Actually Time and Space Crystals and Refined Time and Space Crystals are still listed as reward of Henir's Time and Space (dungeon) and Henir daily quest, despite the fact that they disappeared...

Rollback is a problem, too many changes, maybe it is safer in-mail.

I'd like to let you all know that we have forwarded this issue to Gameforge so they can get in touch with KOG and check what happened.

I think I might know why this happened

In all of the other servers, henir's time and space update was before Nisha Labyrinth's update. And probably, they made it so all of the old materials get deleted right after the next maintenance, which happens to be Laby's 3rd path.

And since, our server changed the order of the updates, some bug probably happened and deleted all of the items anyway. (Maybe, we were supposed to get henir's update 2 weeks ago)

With the maintenance we will have tomorrow (Hotfix Maintenance 04.09.2019) this issue should be fixed.

I will leave this thread open till the maintenance ends tomorrow in case anyone needs to give some feedback about it.
