Anyone correct me if I'm wrong but I really do believe that cannot be done. There is no such option to turn that off and binding the movement keys to A W S D will cause for your character to move like you normally would if you're talking on chat.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I trully believe that is an issue with our text scrolling for long texts not working.
I have forwarded the issue to the appropiate people, if once the text scrolling is back it doesn't mention the Artifacts I will forward it to the localization people for them to improve the message

We would like to remind our players that it is against the rules being involved in any kind of real money transaction:
Any kind of trading contact with gold sellers is forbidden. This includes the receipt and transfer of goods as well as making any sort of trading agreement.
If there is suspicion of a supposed gold seller (also including messages sent by mail), this should be promptly reported to Support, otherwise, a game exclusion cannot be ruled out. Reporting after the event is not possible.
Being involved in such situations may lead to a permanent suspension of your account(s).
Additionally, please, do be mindful of trades that may look suspicious, like getting "out of the blue" and for free a high amount of ED or items that would cost a lot of money to normally get.

This whole rhetoric of "all ES are the same" needs to stop and you guys need to switch up your suggestions properly. Isn't the issue players who are laggy at PvP? Let's do suggestions to fix the problem with players who cause lag (like it has been mentioned plenty of times, latency limiter, for example). I'm Spanish myself, do I need to play only with ES players only and miss the fun of being on A MERGED server just because some of you think all the ES players cause lag? This is something that WILL NOT HAPPEN, so please, stop with that.
I hope this finally makes some of you understand how discriminative and closed minded it is to suggest these things because you will encounter laggy players on ALL of our community languages

The announced events are those available for everyone, that being either translated to English or to every language we officially support, those that you mentioned have been announced globally while the Miss & Mister Elios 2020 was announced only on the french-discussions channel for that very same reason.
Each team is allowed to run events on their own language (even if everyone is more than welcome to participate) and said events are posted on their own language section, if you'd like to be notified of all of them as mentioned by Nine you should follow every category.
As mentioned by Sinfonie (thanks!) we do have two sections players may use for such things, for anything character wise (that being questions, guides, etc) you can use the Characters category (and use the tags to differentiate between characters) and Guides & Tutorials for more general things.
Since this is something that is already a part of our forums, I will close this thread now Thanks for taking the time to post this suggestion!

With that said, as explained here we're experiencing some issues with our servers, making some of the channels unavailable, we are working on it but sadly there aren't any news at the moment about it, we are sorry for the troubles this is causing to you.
And last but not least please do remember that the G-STATUS website just shows if the servers are online, that third party site won't be able to see if, for example, a channel doesn't work as intended, you should take the information of that site as it is, just a small piece of information.
I hope this clarifies any doubts you might have
