That is, to our knowledge, just a visual bug that has been already forwarded and we are waiting for a fix to it.

You should be able to name your character if you directly type the desired nickname as soon as you hit Next on the Create character interface, while it won't show the nickname on the field you would expect it to be, it will input the nickname and when you hit Confirm it will show it:

As you can see in the attached screenshot, you don't see the nickname inside the field, however, I was able to type the nickname.

If that doesn't work, try clicking inside the blue box (somewhere in the middle, where you would expect the text input to be) and that should do the trick.

I am sorry but here we won't be able to give you any kind of help or support about Billing related issues, if you have opened a ticket to the Billing Support of Elsword (even tho, I would think if the issue is PayPal you should write to them) I would suggest to you to wait for a reply from them

Please do reply back on the ticket and ask for indications there, while there are some sites that are commonly used, not every team member uses the same and without even knowing the link it is quite hard for the rest of us to figure out from which site you're talking about

You have to understand something, whether you believe it or not (why would I lie having in mind it could take literally any CM one minute to check the thread, see my reply and if I lied, get yelled at/kick me from the team?) I asked about that thread, the person asked his boss, the answer was a no, no explanation, no nothing. There are plenty of things that are not open for discussion, just like asking for gay marriage on Elsword being a thing every month for the past few years hasn't changed the opinion of KOG on that subject, there are things that won't happen, I wouldn't say "never" but not now.

This is everything I have to say about that matter, my reply on that thread stands still and I won't go on and on on this subject again because the whole reason for closing the thread is because it got rejected and there was no chance of discussion, the situation is the same

As for the rest of the things, I have forwarded the thread again, hopefully you'll get the answers you're looking for.

Commonly speaking, as Haru said, your premium currency should reflect in your account rather quickly (if you close and open up the Item Shop and/or restart your client), however, it depends on your payment method (and in some special cases, it may take longer due to security checks of the involved parties).

Please give it up to 48 working hours, if the EC doesn't appear in your account, get in touch with the billing/payment support via our support system, a guide for it it's available here: [Guide] Contacting the Payment/BIlling Support in case there is something that needs to be looked up

Similar a Pokémon cuando es luma tiene un brillito dorado en la animación (no solo al entrar en combate si no constante durante el combate) y fuera del combate también se nota que son lumas porque tienen un tipo de efecto también en plan mira que guay tengo un luma xD

We would like to clarify a small point related to the event previously announced since some players have asked about it.

At the start of the announcement there is a date, this date is the event period for the event "Pre-Party Event for Character Revamp 2", not for every single event inside the announcement.
The event "1. Pre-Party Event for Elsword Revamp 2" will run from the 18th January 2020 (00:00) until 18th January 2020 (23:59), while the events "2. Daily Quest: Preparing for the Second Rework" and "3. Weekly Quest: Ready for the Second Rework" will run from the 15th January 2020 (00:00) until 22nd January 2020 (8:59).

We are very sorry for any confusion this might have caused to any of you.

¿Habéis visto la Pokémon Direct? ¿Qué os ha parecido?

A mi la idea de un pase de expansión de Pokémon para SwSh no me hace mucha ilusión pero viendo el contenido que trae... He pagado más por menos x'DD

Dos zonas, nuevas historias, nuevos pokémons, más zonas, estilos (me se de alguien a quien le gustará esto, ehhh Bewear e_e), pokémons que había antes y no se podían conseguir en Galar...

No se si poner tras un muro de pago (como es un pase de expansión) la solución a algo que la comunidad pedía, que eran todos los pokémons disponibles de nuevo, es buena idea pero bueno... Al menos puedes conseguirlos si tienes amigos con el pase de expansión ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
