    Hi, I'm an older player that came back recently (played from 2012 to 2015). I'll get to the point.

    I'm a player that configures A W S D keys to move, and in the past it looked so weird to me that you could configure it that way, but chat wouldn't lock when you typed; so you end up moving and jumping unvoluntarily whenever you wanna chat (I fell of a cliff multiple times accidentally because of this).

    Question is, can you actually lock the chat somehow so whenever you are typing, key stroking won't do anything else? I came back and thought this would have been resolved long ago but this isn't the case. Maybe I'm missing some option you can turn on.

    Anyone correct me if I'm wrong but I really do believe that cannot be done. There is no such option to turn that off and binding the movement keys to A W S D will cause for your character to move like you normally would if you're talking on chat.
