I was wondering, how long does it usually take for your EC to actually show up once you've purchased it? It's been 10-20 minutes and isn't there yet. Got an email saying the purchase was confirmed, however

Commonly speaking, as Haru said, your premium currency should reflect in your account rather quickly (if you close and open up the Item Shop and/or restart your client), however, it depends on your payment method (and in some special cases, it may take longer due to security checks of the involved parties).
Please give it up to 48 working hours, if the EC doesn't appear in your account, get in touch with the billing/payment support via our support system, a guide for it it's available here: [Guide] Contacting the Payment/BIlling Support in case there is something that needs to be looked up

It should be there after a few minutes and if you don't receive it after hours then it is possible that you didn't load the EC due lag or internet connection was not working or something like that.
You should check if they took your money, because if they did then you should receive the EC and if you haven't, it is the best to message the support about it
