Crash issues Investigation

Attention! We are receiving reports about SCAM attempts, which promise you to get Elcoin for free after submitting your account data on some pages.
We advise you DO NOT TO CLICK on such suspicious links and do not share your account login/password with ANYONE.

    Dear heroes of Elios!


    As you already know, we are investigating thoroughly the crashes issues that some of you are encountering in game.

    In order to help us find the cause, we’d need you when you encounter a crash, to send to us a ticket via our support platform with the following information:


    1. User name account

    2. User nickname (which encountered the crash)

    3. Location (where the character crashed)

    4. Channel (where the character crashed)

    5. Activity (what were you doing when the crash occurred, what item did you use, what did you click)

    4. Date + time (when the crash occurred)

    5. Are you using 32 or 64bits?

    6. What is your Anti-virus?


    I know we had a Google form, sadly since we are asking now for Account and Character names, we are not allowed to use it anymore.
