    I don't understand what this side of support is for: if they can't even get back the money to the person who got scammed or they just ban scammer guy account for like 6 months and not ban them by IP adress. (They can pass the money to other accounts of them.)
    Tbh, it's really useless in this side.
    Like u get scammed by not your fault and the money that people had worked hard doesn't get back to them. what the hell?
    I have an idea for this, maybe you could ask KoG(or everyone else that can) to take off the 700m max trade. It would be more easier for not getting scammed, 'cause it's really sick.

    Obviously this is my opinion, and a lot of people agree with it.

    Indeed. But I don't have much to say about this since I don't trade things for a high price. One thing is sure is that that kind of thing is really getting people sick.

    One of my friend got scammed once and left the game for good. He tried everything to get back his ED but Support just banned that scammer.

    I don't have any words about your situation, but you have my support.

    It is clearly stated in the game rules that we are unable to refund any money that was lost as a result of trauding fraud:

    I can not go into details how we penalize trading fraud, but I will put it this way: If we receive a report about a trading fraud with valid evidence, then we will make sure that the player in question won't be able to scam someone again. Also, sending items that were aquired due to a fraud to another account is futile as we have the necessary means to trace those accounts back.


    Concerning the increase of the ED limit in trades, that was already forwarded to KOG to my knowledge.

    To be fair its not only about people getting scammed by ED (which is arguably the biggest offender), but any item you get scammed by.

    What I don't understand is that why people won't get their stuff back they got scammed for from the account of the other person. You lose stuff you worked for and it may even be an item that is unique on the entire server, which you won't get back (f.e. many IB accs or sets being lost because accounts got banned without ever being available again in the game store).


    Thats the thing that gripes me the most and what I don't understand at all. We may have that rule, but its beyond me why refunding the lost items won't happen in general.

    Prices for items won't change because of increased currency you can trade them for. Prices change depending on buyer/seller relationship.

    hey, just want to let you know that I am (or was) in the same situation as you - I just stopped caring because I am taking a break from the game


    to the rule thingy: they probably wont change it for the sake of "we dont discuss rules with the players" peepipicaca blabla
