I don't understand what this side of support is for: if they can't even get back the money to the person who got scammed
It is clearly stated in the game rules that we are unable to refund any money that was lost as a result of trauding fraud:
A refunding of items that have been lost through ‘trading fraud’, or due to carelessness (every player is required to keep the access details for their account secret) will not be granted.
they just ban scammer guy account for like 6 months and not ban them by IP adress. (They can pass the money to other accounts of them.)
I can not go into details how we penalize trading fraud, but I will put it this way: If we receive a report about a trading fraud with valid evidence, then we will make sure that the player in question won't be able to scam someone again. Also, sending items that were aquired due to a fraud to another account is futile as we have the necessary means to trace those accounts back.
Concerning the increase of the ED limit in trades, that was already forwarded to KOG to my knowledge.
