    Heroes of Elios,


    Another year is close to an end and the holidays are around the corner, as per usual we would like to let our team members enjoy their good deserved holidays, therefore, starting on the 22nd of December and till the 4th of January the average response time in our Support System from the UK team might be longer than usual and their presence in the Discord server might be less.


    It has been quite an adventurous year for Elsword Europe. Our guild system got a well-deserved update, Laby made her way into Elsword Europe, PvP got some love with renewal, and Ereda and Henir's Time-Space did too! Pet revamps, pet expeditions... FISHING! (awww yisss to all those Reso levels fishing saved me from) Lots of things came to Elsword this year and we are sure more is yet to come!

    I would like to once again thank everyone, players and members of the team alike for a wonderful 2019 and sticking with us.

    Let us hope for 2020 to be full of good things for everyone and for Elsword too!
