Stigma feels like 10 times stronger, literally. Not bad, actually. Justifies the 50MP price.

It doesn't have black-hole but the hitbox is pretty much bigger
Gee, I wonder why they changed Wonder Wall and Atomic Shield.
Perhaps it's because defensive skills can be used to avoid damage. But why would they want us to take massive amounts of damage?
Another nerf for already nerfed characters... They changed Atomic Shield to be sure that all party need to buy scrolls over +11 for weapon but now also for armor and spend more money on IB and to can buy good accessories... And I think also for the fact that CU was too much usefull on new raid (in their opinion).
Those Buffs for Rena will propably cause sum huge backlash from Player's. Pretty significant for all 3 Rena Jobpath's.
About Rena buffs... I'm happy to have all classes of Rena, but I don't use it at all. I still don't want to use it after buffs, I prefer other nerfed characters, also if 1st and 3rd paths aren't bad, but Eve is Eve, I prefer Eve.
The NE System change is pretty significant. She does lose the additonal Speed and MP Recovery, but gains +30% Critical Chance and +30% Critical Damage + 250 Element Resistance with 5 NE. Considering that she just needs to activate her MB to get 5 NE stacks, this is quite huge. And even then, she just needs to deliver 3 normal hits to gain 1 NE everytime.
Additionally, there were some strong buffs on certain passives. Mainly Anemos Call of the Wind, which raises Critical Dmg from +10% to +20%. Grand Archer's Arrow Mastery, which now empowers her special actives as well, and NW's Liberated Will, which also increases special active damage not by 10% but 20% now. Those 3 things, combined with that NE change, makes her superstrong. I'm not familiar with Rena's current tier rank, but this change will propably get her higher now.
I'm curious how long it will take for KoG to reverse this due to immense backlash that will happen 100% following up to this significant buffs for Rena.
Also, as usual, I can not understand about half of the changes (mostly the buffs, why would Ara need any)
doesnt Rena lose NF on (special active) skill use? rarely play her, but afaik she does consume them for skills right? so after the initial hit she instantly loses the 30% critical strike chance/damage
NE is really easy to generate though, and never uses all of them
Rena's skills spend 1-3 at once, if i'm not mistaken. Furthermore, at least NW does have some Skills that does not consume NE at all. I'm not sure about WS/GA, cuz i never really played them seriously.

Anemos wont lose NF on special active and combos when she is in Awakening Mode for certain time.
1 Bead =15 sec no NE loss.
2 Beads = 30 sec no NE loss.
3 Beads = 45 sec no NE loss.
So all She has to do is to maintain her Awekenng Beads to 2 or 3 in PvE.
