Just make every red stone with psychical skill and blue with magic skill , or atleast make higher chance for this and second, remove Hyper actives from them, idk if thats just me and my friends but like 70% of my unique stones are Hyper Actives, or wrong color.

Current system is fine honestly. It'd be more development work to go and sort through each skill, allocate each skill to a colour and then redistribute obtain rates. And after red/blue, what about purple? Needing yet another lookup table for rates and things. And all that work for very little to show for it.. As for HA - I'm fine with them leaving it, got to have a few uninteresting skills in the list for fairness purposes. Can't have all the best skills just like that. Now what would be an improvement, is a change to the colour rates - purple is by far the most common, blue least it seems.

Skills could be statically collected into lists based on their own/their character's preferred damage kind and there exists a lot of code to do (weighted) choices. Purple stones don't really matter, because they don't prefer one kind of damage over the other. In an Active-heavy meta, it'd be helpful to have more of those than other skills, but honestly, I don't think that skill selection for PvP differs all that much from PvE besides a few obvious points.

Sounds like an issue of MMOs at large then, the grind doesn't manifest itself for the player's benefit.

I really have no problem with it. Be unlucky it's a part of life, just accept it. What does happens to price of Elrianode stones, if will be easy get decent stones?

It wouldn't be as horrible at times if you weren't constantly unlucky.
With Elyanode stones you're either lucky to get it yourself or rich enough to buy it from ppl who were lucky.
I personally think you should get some benifit out of farming if you farmed alot. Like, getting what you need, a compensation for having farmed so long. Having it be all grindy is yet another typical Korean game strategy to drag out players getting too far too quickly so they can take their time releasing more cashgrab and push the release of more actual content.

In all honesty, this suggestion doesn't even do much to address the actual problem behind the pointless grind for El Tears (which is its very existence in itself), it just transforms it into GrindLite™, so that some people are somewhat less frustrated by it. That's not revolutionary in any sense, I think KoG even went so far as to already implement something similar with Heroic Equipment in one of their QoL updates. (But what will we ever do about the prices of Heroic pieces?!?) You will very well be able to endure the implementation of this suggestion, if it ever hits us.
