Refund for the event nobody knew anything about

This is true. We are unable to announce an event if we didn’t got any information at all that this event will be activated. I will forward this Issue.

Against it. Thats just petty tbh, 7 runs DSI ohno 2days and 1/3 runs you couldnt get and a healthy sleep scedule instead of ruining it for 0 drops. I'd prefer a 'refund' of the missed Pre-create items for Laby (battle elexiers, sit motion, exp medal etc). If you'd ask for THOSE things to get refunded, understandable. But DSI runs? come on

I believe the complaints were due to not announcing the event as an event in itself

however, the complaint was not due to the 7 runs lost, but to the fact that no one had said anything; which in any case is nothing serious it was just to make it clear that "we realized it"

And also 5 golden seals no one even knew about

Btw, the event is still on.

We had this problem also with seals. Why staff said nothing about it? I lose them because no one told me yesterday that we get this event too.

The team can only announce news they got told, if they dont get any information about a event they cant announce it.

And why they haven't information about everything? GF must know what they are buying from KoG.

Why no one translated this news?

If Gameforge would've got any information they had translated it.
Its basically that KoG didnt gave any information to GF so they didnt knew anything and couldnt translate something

IT staff said that KoG translate for GF, so aren't GF employees the translators and still they must have to know what they are buying.

Please stop arguing over this event and simply collect which Items were missed, maybe even how they were supposed to be achieved so we can forward this with detailed information to the Gameforge Employees tomorrow. Just stating that you didn’t get gold seals without stating how many and how others got them isn’t helpful. I can understand that you are upset and normally I would tolerate/allow discussions but in this case I think staying precise would be the wiser choice.

There is nothing we can do at the moment than simply wait for Monday. Usually KoG always gives us exact information about events but they are human too so mistakes are always bound to happen. We are sorry for the inconvenience and hope that you are still able to enjoy your remaining weekend!

But I don't know at what time we get the reward on EU...

I also don't know the number of seals because I wasn't online...

I got 2 seals because I didn't know for how many hours the event lasts q_q

And I got hit with that classic "no connection from server".

Even though, the event was so random, all the servers were full from 21h to 22h xd

Nexxon there should be a do-over next week of the 9pm-10pm timer with seals. at least for saturday since literally noone knew and many people didn't even get a chance to get the seals. it's only fair

we just found the true Culprit in this case. It was the Phoru Willard who broke into the Gameforge Headquarters and wanted to prevent you from getting stronger. We have caught him and got the Informations he stole. We are currently deciding how to punish him and how to make amends for you Players.

In Short: KoG is innocent. It was Gameforges mistake. We apologize and we are working on something to make amends!
