Thanks everyone for your reports, all of the above (and the following post) has been properly forwarded. Please continue reporting any other server disconnects during raids, I'll make sure to forward all of them so we can identify the root of the problem (and if possible, add on which raid/phase this happened since it seems a nice detail that I personally didn't think of, thanks to whoever did it first!)

As for your question Nine: yes this thread is for all raids but mostly the newly released ones. Also about the thread name question: This thread is mainly for server DC during raids because that's what I've seen the most, others may or may not be related to this but we're trying to understand why and how in the first place

I've just checked out and it seems everything is working fine for me. Maybe it was something momentary that fixed itself.

That is not something we can help you with nor change. How Discord detects games is something out of our control, should you need any help about this I would advise you to get in touch with the Discord Support or look up around about your problem

ATTENTION: From now on, use this Google Form to report to Gameforge any random disconnection you might have suffered while playing. Thanks!

I've been gathering for the past few days reports of players who have experienced random disconnects be it on raids, dungeons, rest areas, etc.
If you get disconnected please post here, this may help us understand the source of these problems.

What your post should contain:

Your country - Your community (server) - Channel this happened - Date/Time (German Time if possible, in case of doubt you can Google "Time in Germany") - Which dungeon/phase/map the disconnect happened

e.g. Spain - UK - Belder 2 - 21.01.2019 1:58PM - 12-6 Phase 2

IMPORTANT: While I understand how frustrating this might be, PLEASE remember that forum rules applies to this thread and you should respect them, no doubleposts (edit if necessary), offtopic, spam, etc. Also posts that don't have the required information will be removed.

Servers should be back once again!

It seems we're having once again some issues with our servers, this time players have been disconnected and now we're unable to log in the game.

Gameforge has been notified and they are already looking into the issue, as always as soon as any new information comes our way we will let you know (hopefully I won't fall asleep :))

Sadly I don't know for sure since during the weekend it is kind of impossible for me to ask about this but I believe it is from Trans to 3rd class, the item that will let you change your 3rd class to another 3rd class is given on the last day of the event (02.02)

Since I know very well nobody enjoys the silence, I'll just leave here a small update.

Gameforge is still working in the problems we're having, there is no ETA at the moment for these issues but I'll make sure you are informed as soon as I am once there is any new information about it.

Also, and since there has been some questions about it, the event Special Battle Strength Jumping at the Weekend! (1) that rewards with 1x [CoBo] 3rd Class Change Coupon should run from 8PM to 10PM so no need to panic yet!

Please remember that you're in the English section and thefefore you should use English (because I won't understand you otherwise xD)

I have no official reply to that (because I have no estimated time for the problem to be fixed), but personally I would think they would either solve the problem in time OR the event would be activated on another day as a compensation for the problem

The class change tickets are given from 8PM to 10PM (German Time) so nothing is lost yet because of the login issues

It seems we're experiencing issues when trying to log in the game where players can't pass the login screen but players in-game can play without any issues. We've forwarded the issue and we will let you all know as soon as we have any information about it.
