  • Hello,I'm in the unfortunate possition having to verify that I'm the owner of my account,I have so far accumulated over 35 screenshots + the dates when I made the screenshots of my account,have accumulated over 19 IGN's of characters on my account,know my current email and have full access to my current email,have access to my credit card that I used to make payments the last months.The problem is I do not have access to the email I made the account on nor do I have any idea anymore what the email I made the account on can be.I do not want to risk getting denied access to my account due to not knowing a very old email anymore, I have everything else you'd need to prove I'm the account owner but I'm missing the creation email...how do I go about this,any help or insight would be greatly appreciated cause I really do not want to risk losing my account.

    So...

    1. Go to the Elsword Homepage.

    2. Select the Server you're playing on in through the "Select country" option

    3. Right under the "Select Country" option is a Login Button

    4. After you logged in you can see all your Account details like your Username, last time logged in, El Coins and your E-Mail Adress.


    If you don't use that E-Mail anymore i recommend changing your E-Mail after you got your account back .-.

    You can do that on the same site, that option is next to the your E-Mail


    (though i don't know if it also shows your creation email once you changed it, so better write it down if something like that happens again)

    If you don't have access to your old email, you can just change it, but you have to wait 1 week

  • it's already the 21'st and I still have not gotten any answer for what my account got banned nor any help after providing 29 detailed screenshots,my last logout literally also willing to provide billing information,the TGM i got was completely incopetent,after sending a complain my ticket has just been moving up and now is being reviewed by a team leader but this doesn't help me out,just 1 week before my account got banned i spent money and still had event tokens left to exchange,I lost over 400coins due to this stupid ban which i have not gotten any reasoning as to why i was banned in over 2weeks!This is completely unacceptable to leave a player on top of that a paying customer in the dark for so long!

    Just to be clear, you are inquiring about how to reclaim a previously banned account? This seem somewhat misleading to your first post where you asked about how to reclaim a lost account (lost email) quoted below:

    I'm pretty sure that recovering an account from a lost email is different to getting an un-ban, so make sure you've sent the ticket to the appropriate subject. Either way, this is an account-related discussion, so if you have further inquiries specific to your account, please wait until your current ticket has received a reply.     It's a banned account but the support asked me questions as if I'm recovering a lost account,I do not even know if I just got unlucky with what support person I got,but my main issue here was that I lost items i spent money getting due to the support being extremely slow and not helping me,the event ended and my coins are now gone anyways....and im sure i will not get the items i lost due to that back once it's unbanned again either ..I first sent my ticket ont he 6th february,last login was 5th and since then i have asked multiple times for them to tell me why It was suspended in the first place,I have not gotten it answered and never received a ban email either,it's just dissapointing having to be in this position not knowing what is going on and waiting for the support to answer you back for weeks,

    I've been paranoid as fuck and been changing my password every time i can since the ban,this is mentally exhausting especially after spending so much to get 5x +12 scrolls and now not knowing what will happen to my account..

  • Sadly, your only option is to wait in this case.. I'm sorry to hear that you've been waiting weeks for a reply, but it may be possible that processing a ticket for an un-ban requires more time than the average account-related inquiry.
