If you see like every class doing it, it is probably due to their Attribute Enchantement. If you go to the Alchimist in a town and give your weapon an attribute with the Dark El Shards, you get the Plague Enchantement which will drain your enemies HP and MP with a certain chance upon hit.

im really new to Elsword and just got Lv99 on the NA Servers. I do now my FB Class Change and there for i need to do Eriancode Dungeons. After some Runs i saw some people who getting healed for hitting the Enemies. My Question is; How can i do that the same? I just die like in no time to the Enemies and have to Spam those Drinks to survive.
Help pls
They are using plague attribute or nocturn of Hernia and some classes have a passive which heals them, or they have healing buffs.
