I guess our "orders"-section here means only request for free? since trading with ED, outside the game isn't allowed at all, so we don't support it here and on our other platforms anymore.

I'd like to also add that NA els forums (before dying) did have an art section were people were allowed to sell art/gfx(signature) service for ed or even real money (I think the real money part isn't possible since it's somewhat RMT even tho ppl might use the money on elsword anyways.) I don't really see any issues with doing the same thing here honestly...we have to show some support for people who can draw/design signatures.
Good idea, but it's very easy to create an own signature. There's also a lot websites where you can do it online. °-°

According to this thread (quote in the spoiler below), the comissions for ED are not forbidden, but it's still prohibited to announce them only because we can't get refund in case of the scams... but for some reason we can't even get refunds in normal trades, so seriously, what's the point of it?
The rules don't say anything about situations like this. We have only info about gold selling. Around 2 years ago someone was even trading in-game currencies between Elsword and NosTale, and they didn't get punished for that iirc, but this is literally like a gold selling.
Btw people still often announce art comissions on official discord and mods literally give RANDOM warns for it. You can post comissions info on discord and it's a lottery: you'll get the warn or nobody will care.
So please just allow us to "legally" announce comissions, as long as it's for ED and not real money. People are doing it anyway, so you can just do something nice for your community.
actually it is forbidden, as you can simply read this from our ToS:
Under no circumstances may the user..
c) buy or sell virtual articles originating from the Gameforge Services from third parties in return for real means of payment, nor may he exchange these goods or attempt to negotiate any of the aforementioned transactions unless this is permissible in the individual case.
This also includes all actions equivalent to the aforementioned prohibited activities.

Technically correct, but we allow gold trades between Gameforge Games, so its totally fine to trade Elsword ED vs Nostale Gold but without any support from us or other game supports.

I would guess thats more a matter of, who saw it or someone reports it directly to us? Since we can't be 24/7 around and watch every channel permanent just to take some actions. Without reports, we can't see all breaks against our rules. But we do our best.
Okay, the ex-admin actually made an official annoucement (which was also approved by other admins and mods, according to "likes" the message received) saying that comissions for ED are not prohibited. And now you are quoting a point from ToS about trading in-game goods for real money as an argument in this situation. So admins don't know the rules? Isn't it ridiculous?
Or, more likely, this rule just doesn't apply at all for this situation? How is artwork equivalent in any way to "real means of payment", which is, by the definition, literally the cash? Do you pay for grocery with fanart?

Even though those trades don't go against to our current forum rules, the team decided some time ago not to allow the threads where players can exchange ED / items /whatsoever for real money. As you already mentioned, support is not guaranteed and the threads can be deleted / removed / hidden by the board team.
We just want to make things a bit fair and have a nice place where trading art is allowed, but when it involves real money it can lead to misunderstanding atmosphere with scammers, insults, etc. Regarding the discord situation, please poke any of our elsword teamlers to handle such cases asap.

Since Cini explained how its ed not real money i wont say anything about that but the insult and scam part..if someone scams arent we supposed to just report it? plus im sure artists know how to confirm payments its not rlly an excuse..as for insults it happens even if ure not selling art so its nothing serious imo...just remember artist go through a lot of things so i dont think theyre really sensitive-

The problem is that you can not report anything outside of the forum or game.
They can easily look up the logs, if something happened on the forum or game, but it is impossible to check it, if the people did a trade on other platforms. It's just normal that they won't allow it.

They can easily look up the logs, if something happened on the forum or game, but it is impossible to check it, if the people did a trade on other platforms. It's just normal that they won't allow it.
it can be done through forums messages only not through over platforms you dont have to add disc and other platforms.
