Just be patient. UK is catching up to NA really fast. They are combing updates (e.g. they did a partial QoL update when we received 1st 3rd Job class change regarding Transcendence. This actually wasn't included in the update NA got when they started 3rd job paths. They got the Transcendence patch during the second QoL update. Proof: NA [Transcendence update] andUK [scroll to bottom where it talks about Transcendence]) so I give them by the end of this year or early next year (Jan -Mar) to be mostly caught up with NA.

With that, I also assume that there will be a gigantic merge of servers as it was hinted by the GM's of NA (kinda, they talked about it a bit) when UK catches up, but it's doubtful.

Just to reiterate, be patient. Asking these questions won't make it go any faster and most of these updates run on a schedule anyway, so not much will change, regardless of how much people complain.

In your case I would expect it as a Christmas present. Makes sense as it includes the new region -> more people will play -> more € for GF (especially with the "new" CP system)

EU Got Eliopoli before NA, i think QoL updates have a different timing, the "half-year-to-get" is only for the big updates such as new region, 3rd job, and stuff like this, so no one can anwer you till the QoL will probably come earlier than 6 month after KR

Or you can just use some skills 100 times at the dungeon, and the 30 days limited B-Slot will be yours.

You also got the upgrade event 3 days earlier. EU is only significant behind in terms of ingame content, not cash shop content. Those have different schedules. QoS Patch is ingame content, with the second one tied to the demon realm update.
