I sent a ticket too for this issue, 4 days have passed and still no answer, happy to see someone other reporting this.
this might be because the IT isnt as active as the DE one (from what I have heard from IT players)
got an answer after one day from a game operator who has played DBr himself and got told I should make a thread here in the forum

and can you check if you get stacks with these skills: Quicksilver Accel, Psion Rush, Supersonic
I would guess we have the newest balance patch for this class too, because according to elwiki its only direct hit skills

Okay, dann lassen wir es einfach hier im DE bereich.
Ich schau mir das ganze gleich einmal selbst an und gebe es dann an die entsprechenden Stellen weiter. Danke für die Info, das mit dem Skill am Anfang hab ich übersehen..
Wird bestimmt automatisch gefixed solbald Add Reboot da ist...
Aber ja, kann euch schon verstehen, ist blöd.
