Being female does not exclude you from white privilege, in fact Elesis is more privileged than her brother even though technically they're both knights. However, as far as the lore is concerned, whiteness is not even considered relevant outside of Elven politics, as we deal with a medieval society which predates the concept. Within the party, the only racial stereotypes concern Rena as Elf and Eve as Nasod, with Aisha and Ara wasting just about one sentence per backstory to explain their different origin from the rest of the cast. The experiences of the other male party members can be explained through class. Raven was a commoner rather than the offspring of a well-known knight, Add was the son of a mad scientist who fell into disgrace through his experiments and Ciel too was placed where he was through the birth lottery.
