For hair the solution would be to get the ♥♥♥♥ing promotional stuff into wardrobe already! Awakening cutin customization would be a thing to consider. As far as skill animations are concerned, I have no idea how you imagine that to look like, could you elaborate on this point (perhaps with examples)?
