Simple, just add invisible hair, top, bottom, gloves, boots and weapon to IS.
Some characters has awesome hair like cbs or metamorphy and i think many of use would love to play with this but we cant cuz like 7% all skill dms is always better than look and etc.

I think the suggestion you're trying to make is to add promotional outfit plus hair to wardrobe.

So if you make let's say a top-piece invisible, does it show the equipment underneath? Or the base-model shown when you don't equip anything? Or is it supposed to show something that would increase the age-rating? I'm confused but in favor for the Hair-Part.

Given that we should be able to wardrobe the equipment itself, I suppose its either the base model or that age rating thingy.

I'd rather like to have the different promotional sets in the wardrobe. Just because some classes have amazing hairstyles before 3rd job. And some of the sets are just looking great.
Also the models do all exist. So why not just add them.
Maybe as an item obtainable in a side dungeon. Or as a reward for guild quests or something.
The options are really endless.
Of course one could just throw them into the cash shop like the invisible pieces.

Totally in favor of the hair-part. Some base hairstyles look rlly rlly good, shame you barely ever get to see them.
Alternatively Base / Job hair could be made a shop item, just as well as a permanent promo.
