Hello, I'm returning player, I downloaded the game from the official site and installed it, and after opening the launcher an error message popped out that it can't download the patch files.

• Uninstall and manually delete all Elsword folders.
• Restart your computer.
• Once again download and install https://es.elsword.gameforge.com/thegame/download
If the problem persists, please send a ticket to the Support System.
