Hi guys, so I came back to elsword after a long break and it's all fun and great until I get a crash every 20/30 mins of playing, it's so annoying especially when Im doing a dungeon and at the boss stage it crashes and I have to login and do it back again from the start..

my game also crashes, or disconnects while everything is still working fine
i mostly care what server i play on, for example when i was on belder 2 i had so many disconnects so i mainly play on pruinaum 1 or any 1st servers -
In the worst situation, you can send a ticket to the Support System so that they review your problem in more detail, hoping that they can help you in a timely manner.

I'm honestly not having ANY lag issues at all and disconnections at all too, like not even once in over a week that i came back playing Elsword after almost 5 years that i stopped (i'm actually almost a veteran because i started playing since the beta days in IT) and so i dunno why it's happening to some people.
