    When I mentioned that I had contacted support, I was referring to billing support, my mistake for not clarifying that.

    They told me that due to some changes in the payment system, some currencies are no longer allowed, they do not accept dollars, which is a very used currency?

    And I was also informed that some payment methods are no longer accepted, but if Visa and Paypal are the most used, why is it not possible for me to carry out the transaction?

    I was thinking that it was only to validate the transaction, as it was done by my bank.
