When creating a charater i cannot type my character name, help ? x)

Hey i just created a new account and when i wanna create a character i just cannot write my charater's name, hence i cannot play, has someone already had this problem, some advice ? Oh and i cannot see the character when creating it, look at the attachments i have 2 screen shots

When you say '' You could just type the name you want and check availability and grammatic through creating the charater'' that's where my problem is, when i'm on the second screen shot(in game), when i tape type any letter, nothing happens, and when i click on confirm on the second screen shot when there is nothing writen, i get a message something like ''you name is too short''

Anyway i have unninstalled the launcher from the usual website, i'm downloading it from steam right now,

Hey, just an edit to say that from the steam launcher i can write my character's name, even tho i don't see it can still write it, i can play now
