It takes time, I do this since multiple years so don't worry!! It's a lot of practice and it also depends on what program you use.

Many people say that photoshop is perfect for that, but Gimp works better for me.

You can find good recources (like textures, render etc.) on deviantart!

So, which of those did you draw yourself, and which did you simply compose (i.e. take the resources from elsewhere and combine them with nice filters)? Your style seems so consistent across images that it's hard to tell, but at least in the case of sets I imagine you had to work with a render given by the commissioner.
