    Hello yesterday 07.07.2022 morning i bought el coin the money is taken but i still yet to receive my el coins. Before succesfull buying i failed many times because of chrome. i switched to internet explorer and bought from there and the payment was succesfull i have receipt and all but the support did not helped me at all keep spamming same thing over and over again. i am wronged and i want my el coins. help me out please.

    It's very weird that support isn't helping you with the receipt.
    Check your account from the website and check if the ECs are there. Check if the money withdraw is actually on your card or something failed.
    Then contact them via support again and add receipt and the useful informations. If they can't help (which is actually unlikely, if you have the proofs... unless you're trying to scam them.) contact your card provider and open a dispute.
