I applied three glyphs to my apo weapon and my BS dropped from 560k to 360k (by 200k).
Wtf did I do? Where tf are my Battle points? What am I missing? Help!

That seems odd. 200k is a lot. What effects did you get?
Some other things that can cause CP loss
-Maybe your weapon is broken?
-Did you change any Equipment parts?
-El resonance page?
-Headhunter not equiped?
-right Guild Skill page?
