Do we know if there are differences on dropping this by running different difficulties of 11-1?
And just to make sure, are Force skills in general able to drop for chars that aren't 3rd classes?

Force skills do drop for not 3rd Classes.
I dropped one with my NB a while ago, before Innocent came along.
About the difficulty in 11-1. No, i don't think the difference in the choosen difficulty matters.
But the Forceskill is a legendary drop there i believe, so the dropchance should be veeeeery low (I actually have over 6000 mobkills there, but it didn't drop yet)

we dont know if it drops there. we know that every rare/elite/unique forceskill drops in EVERY dungeon so you can get unique Headhunter/Flamegrip in 11-1. I have no data on Legendary Forceskills tho (i know not what was asked but a intresting thought in my opinion if it were to drop like all the others forceskills in any dungeon).

The one that drops in 11-1 is unique to the 11-1 Dungeon and won't drop anywhere else. it also is a legendary one, and has only this one version.

it was belived for a long time that headhunter could only be aquired in 11-4 too (for some time ALL raritys, later only unique..), KOG dosent give out Data and only coz no1 drops it dosent mean its not possible to get... El wiki is something fanmade and nothing offical it has many flaws

That is true. However, since this Forceskill is so special, i would say that it sounds credible to me that it will only drop in 11-1.
Legendary is Raid lvl stuff after all. And 11-1 is kind of a raid in the sense, that you can only go through there by yourself.

Yeah, I'd say lore-wise it makes sense that this Force drops only in 11-1.
