    i downloaded the french version of the game, but when i start the launcher , it is stucked to 5 or 10 or at the maximum 20%. I already tried so many times and tried to launch as the administrator but without success.

    My WIFI is stable and correct, i have directX and enough capacity to run the game, i don't understand why the pourcent don't increase. No problem of firewall (pare-feu in french).


    When i try to send a ticket to the support i can't login, whereas i use the same password and adress to connect to the website which works.


    Can you please help me ?

    Usually when your download gets stuck, you should take note which file it stopped on
    Go to Elsword files, Data and delete the file it tried to Patch.
    Then try to patch it again.
    Regarding the support system.
    Forums, Support page and Official website have 3 different login systems.
    Thus, every single one of them needs a new account.
    So to contact French Support you should create a support account and then try to contact them.
