    Btw, according to some insider, a Nintendo Direct is supposed to be coming on August so I think we can expect some Smash related stuff to be revealed this month. Also, EVO's right around the corner so be sure to keep an eye on any potential stuff Nintendo might show during the event.

    I wasn't expecting much from the game at first, especially after brawl and smash 4, but the more they reveal the more I want it.
    Now I can't wait to play Snake and Pichu again.
    Delete Bayo tho

    Ultimate looks so much better than those two games though.


    It's like Melee without all the technical not-so-easy to do stuff.


    That balloon feeling you get when you hit someone is still bothering me, though.

    I don't actually want Waluigi in the game lol I just find it funny that people are still believing that he could actually make it in after he was revealed as an Assist Trophy

    At the E3, they have already shown a lot of the game ... What else do they want to show us?

    I was hoping that Smash Ultimate would use the same physic engine as Melee. I like these fast battles and not slow motion battles like Brawl/Smash4. But as you have seen on the E3, unfortunately, it is not. I certainly had 1000+ hours in Melee and not even 300 hours on Brawl/Smash4.

    Well ... let's see what's coming...

    I heard they want to focus this Direct on the Single Player modes, since we do have to unlock the full roster.


    And what they showcased at E3 was just a little part of the game.

    It's more of a game between Melee and Smash 4 in terms of speed. A lot faster than 4 but not as fast as Melee. But let's get real, we're never gonna get a Melee 2 or Melee HD. Nintendo is never going to make a game as technical as Melee (especially since most the techniques in the game are basically glitches).


    While they do want their game to be competitive, they also want to cater to an audience as large as possible. So yeah, not happening.

    It's really nice they added back the tournament mode too, and they made a incredible job at reworking the old stages. The new stages look good too

    (also the pokémon added look fun as hell, especially alolan exeggutor)

    And what's it with characters dying in the reveal trailers as of late? Mario and Megaman got impaled by Ridley, Luigi got his soul severed from his body by Death himself and DeDeDe got his damn Neck broken by K.Rool.


    Sakurai is really pushing for that M rating, huh..

    My personal top 3 would be Rex from XC2, Shantae and Gardevoir (didn't even know I wanted her to be playable until recently lol)


    Also Waluigi, Goku and Shrek for the memes.
