    go to the main page, go to the log in option on there, choose the reset password option, enter your email and your username and then you get an email to reset your password and use a new one. if you forgot your username you have to go to the ticket support and prove that that account belongs to you. there are about 20 questions and it takes about 3-4d(my experience) until everything is done. gl
