How is going to work:
On Elsword servers(it isn't stated which server will join the worldwide tournament) there will be a special PvP Season:
1- The PvP league will be as a always, but the top 4 teams will be asked if they want to apply to the national tournament.
2- There are 4 league, this means that they're probably going to be 32 players, up to16 teams.
3- They will face each other in a national tournament(it's unclear, even KRs can't read pasagges 2-3 very well,we're assuming that's what they mean)
4- The winning team(one) will be allowed to join the global offline tournament(we don't know where,KR probably),where they'll face the national winner team of each country
