I haven't played elsword in a couple of years. A few days ago I wanted to play, but I forgot my password, I tried to change it, but I got the message "The user has not been activated yet". I checked the e-mail, there was no activation message there. I tried again to request an email with a verification link, but then I received the message "Invalid email address"

I already wrote to the support, but got no reply. Is there anything else I can do?

Ostatni raz grałem w elsword parę lat temu i chciałem dziś odpalić grę, nie mogłem się zalogować więc postanowiłem zmienić hasło, gdy próbowałem je zmienić wyskakiwał mi komunikat że konto nie jest aktywowane, gdy próbowałem wysłać link z aktywacją wyskakuje komunikat że podałem zły email. Napisałem już do supportu, ale dostałem żadnej odpowiedzi. Jest coś innego co mogę zrobić?
