Hi there. I decided to come back to this game since I saw you could install elsword on Steam now, but a weird bug happened with the nickname I was trying to select.

So fresh steam account, no characters. I create a Noah and, after trying a couple nicknames, I decide on "Blueshadows". The game says the nickname is open, so I create the character.

Now for the weird part. While I'm doing the tutorial for Noah, the game suddenly crashes. That's okay. I open it up again and... I don't have the character created. The game is prompting me to create it again, so I do. I select Noah again and type "Blueshadows" but... the nickname is unavailable.

So my assumption is that the character got created, but since I didn't end the tutorial the character didn't link to my account yet and it's in a "limbo". Is there any possibility I can recover the nickname to use? Thanks in advance.

Hi, I'm an older player that came back recently (played from 2012 to 2015). I'll get to the point.

I'm a player that configures A W S D keys to move, and in the past it looked so weird to me that you could configure it that way, but chat wouldn't lock when you typed; so you end up moving and jumping unvoluntarily whenever you wanna chat (I fell of a cliff multiple times accidentally because of this).

Question is, can you actually lock the chat somehow so whenever you are typing, key stroking won't do anything else? I came back and thought this would have been resolved long ago but this isn't the case. Maybe I'm missing some option you can turn on.
