Today i got disconnected from server, "lost connection to the server", and then i tried to run it again, then nothing happens, https://imgur.com/a/iHVGFVz its 0% all the time, when i had the game installed it was 0% and now when i uninstalled elsowrd i cant instal it now

please help

Im new player with Empire sword elesis(229k cp) and im wondering if its worth to change class, beacuse now i see the other 2 classes more fits to me, and i dont know which one is the best for PvE ( i dont mind raids, i mind overall strength) i know i can create new character but i put in that character all my money so... so as the title says, which one is the best for pve? would be nice also to see pros and cons for all of them
