Very sad to see that after over 2 years absolutely nothing has been changed on the game website and although this is the most upvoted post in this section it doesn't even have a reply from admins.
If this isn't a big 'WE DON'T CARE' from Gameforge, I don't know what it is.
I guess its more like a "answered a 1000 times already" and there is nothing really to change here. All the things mentioned here, like game, patches and patchnotes are not really influenced by GF, they only do translations for it. Everything else like patchnotes, coming from devs. Stability ist mostly a routing issue, sometimes its maybe the sh*tty game code, but again the devs.
The only thing GF can do here, is in my eyes, the Website and for me the current Website is not enough and needs a overhaul badly. But thats only my and many others opinions, when GF (and all the higher ups who can make this decision) think its fine, why should they change it then. If it works for them, it works. I mean they should know the best for what the company is aiming for and i'm sure there is a reason for it.
Yeah actually my comment was 100% about the game website. Have you ever accessed NA/INT websites? If you have I'm sure you would understand where my point is. It's not like GF website is complete garbage, it just looks completely unappealing and outdated. You see, the game webpage is potentially the first selling point of a game. If you get to their land page and see the website design looks worse than, say, Habbo hotel. Considering this is 2021 that you can even make a website on Canva, would you even consider playing it?
I don't know who is in charge on GF socials nor do I know their data related to new players but as a player you can tell this game has little to no new players and this is the same as a death sentence in a long term. And I'm pretty sure it starts with a well designed website. I don't know why Gameforge hasn't changed it a bit, surely they must be comfortable with the way things are, until they are not. Just saying.
