Yes. You might want to work on your gear or technique if you're having difficulties.
Or ask an OP friend to carry you. The trick is to not get hit (much) and to take off your weapon while stunlocking an easy enemy (or group of enemies) in a corner for the combo score. Something on the lines of a 1200-hit combo should net you an S+ combo score, then you just have to work on getting the damage score to A or higher while avoiding taking damage yourself.
Note that the scoring system does NOT take clear time into consideration, so slow down and play carefully if you need to.
