    Hi,so i'm a new player and i wanted to ask you some questions:

    Ok so i wanted to know how far i can get if i start rn playing elsword,which class should i take and what's the better character to start rn,and how to start and becoming a competitive player both pve and pvp.

    I wouldnt recommend you to start playing Elsword right now at all. Wait until we get those QoL Patchs.
    I also have to disappoints you about playing competitive in PvE, because it depends on the amount of your money you are willing to spend for.
    It is almost impossible for newcomer to get into this game by just playing and "talking" like in the old days. Elsword is developed only for veteran players and/or people
    with a lot of money to spend.

    For PvP it is totaly unbalanced and distance lag sensitive right now. The latter one is worse, but there might be hope for a fix in the future ...

    I dont want to sound rude or Somehting.
    Once again i would just recommend to wait 3-6 month till we get some Quality patchs and server fixes before you join the "Fun".

    For now, yeah. Most of the "old" games are only targeted to veteran players, not just Elsword. Honestly, Even paying now wont make up for contents from the past you wont get anymore in the game.
    Kinda sad to sum it up like this though.
    How about trying some recent games like maple storys 2 or something ? You could give Elsword a shot but i doubt you will stay for too long if you start now.
    Just take it as an kind advice from some one who is playing and still loving this game for over 8 years. I saw many "new" players joining the game and leaving beceause this game is not suited for new players anymore. I even tried to convince some of my friends to try it and help them a bit, but they soon got tired and left.
