The Law of the Jungle title is currently bugged from obtaining. Even after meeting the requirements for at least one run (Decion Mine, A rank minimum) the X/10 did not tick up one. S rank was obtained in the run in question.
Edit: couple guildies got a run to count towards the title on S+
