★ EL House

1. Condition: Each character from level 99 can complete a House Contract and move into an EL House.

(You can also enter another player’s EL House if you haven’t reached level 99 yet.)

2. Possibilities to receive a House Contract:

- Quest reward: from the epic quest ‘[EL House] Come on over! 1’ you receive a ‘House Contract (7 days)’.

- Purchase with ED: Aranka sells a ‘House Contract (30 days)’.

- Purchase in the item shop: A ‘House Contract (permanent)’ is sold in the item shop.

3. Entry:

A maximum of 8 people (including you) can enter an EL House.

- Access at Aranka’s in each village - Access with CoBo Express	- Access at Aranka’s in each village - Random access: a public EL House whose owner is online - Access after invitation: through invitation by an EL House owner

4. Usage

Mode	Icon	Use
Editing Mode		This is for placing furniture you have bought at Aranka’s or in the item shop.
Studio		This lets you view your EL House with the camera in the studio.
Invite		This lets you send an invitation to your EL House to other players. A maximum of 8 people (including you) can enter an EL House.
Get furniture effect		Some furniture have a buff, for example: ‘regenerate Will Points’, ‘Pet Intimacy’ or ‘Furniture Blessing’.
Buy EL House DIY		You can purchase EL House DIY (Luxury) in the item shop. If you place more than 3 [special] pieces of furniture, you receive an effect for ‘EL House DIY (Luxury)’.
Expand EL House		You can purchase a House Contract in the item shop and expand your EL House to the maximum level 5.

Note about the EL House

1) Furniture effect (buff)

• Using the [Get furniture effect] button in the house grants you the following effects: regenerate Will Points, regenerate Pet Intimacy, Furniture Blessing buff
• The buff will be activated some time after placing the furniture. The effect cannot be stacked when placing multiples of the same piece of furniture.
• You receive the effects after having placed at least 3 [special] pieces of furniture (luxury). The effects are available so long as the furniture is being sold in the item shop.
• Furniture Blessing (Upgrade) and Furniture Blessing cannot be stacked.

2. Dismantling

• When dismantling furniture you receive materials you can produce furniture of the same rank from.
