the first two share a mood, how convenient.

then you have a forced attempt to escape that.

and a forced attempt of a birthday & pride drawing in one that failed lol

maybe it's the typical artist's perspective but I felt like I haven't been improving much recently, so hearing this definitely makes me feel better !

also I most definitely didn't expect my pride month piece to be any special but a lot of people seem to happy about it and honestly there's nothing better for me than hearing that, so thanks a lot for voicing your thoughts and telling me about it!

i created a piece for Bisexual Pride too

i had initially planned to draw one for every day of the month in a simplistic style

but due to current circumstances I wasn't able to, so I'm just doing a few selected days

in my usual (semi) realistic style

Because I was never the way they wanted me to be.

okay so this is what we're at now.

and I like this style a lot.
although it still looks a little weird when coloring skin with this brush.

might have to edit it a little.

swapped to clip studio paint for my next piece just to try it out.

really enjoy the program so far but have to get used to such a clunky layout again

this took a really long time to make although it's a simpler style.

sketching the clothes was so fun but shading, oh my god..

absolutely got saved by clip studio paint's brushes & smudge tools.

really fun to use, albeit time consuming

but the bad palm rejection is an absolute pain to deal with, I wish they'd do smth about it

anyways, who would've thought I'd ever get back to this style.

it's been a few years that I've been so focused on realism..

I guess it helped me a lot on my way,

but this still feels a little weird.

although welcomed change.

this is the most fun drawing method I've ever tried

and I am in love with the outcome,

so I'm most definitely gonna continue drawing this way.
